Circle Songs

Tonight's homework is Area of Circles worksheet both sides.

The study guide is due Tuesday 04/26 and the Test is Wednesday 04/27.

Circumference

radius x 2 = diameter

diameter / 2 = radius

pi x diameter = circumference

circumference / pi = diameter

Complete both sides of worksheet 4-7 for homework.

A few words from Ray Bradbury

If you aren't aware, Ray Bradbury is a science fiction (primarily) writer and a tremendously smart man.  He has written a multitude of novels and short stories including Fahrenheit 451, one of my personal favorites and a really famous book about... books and censorship and knowledge and the influence of the media.  (It's a great book and a great movie if you ever get the chance to look into it.)  Check out raybradbury.com if you want to learn more!
